Start of the new production RubEx Textile LLC

September 9, 2016 On the basis of JSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika”, a new textile production facility, Rabex Textile, was opened.

The main activity of Rabex Textile is the production of textiles, the production of natural silk, artificial and synthetic fibers and the production of chemical fibers.

Governor of the Kursk Region Alexander Mikhailov, President of Rabex Group Radik Mingazov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rabex Group Vladimir Gordeev and other guests of honor took part in the ceremonial launch of production for the production of technical fabrics.

LLC “Rabex Textile” is implementing an investment project for the production of technical fabrics, which is designed in two stages.

At the first stage, the repair and reconstruction of the production building was completed, 15 units of modern technological German equipment were purchased and installed, including 13 weaving machines.

Installed capacities will provide an output of up to 400 thousand square meters. m of technical fabrics per month, which will fully meet the needs of OJSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika” in these products for the production of conveyor belts.

In 2017, as part of the implementation of the second stage, Rabeks Textile LLC plans to additionally create a site for the impregnation and heat treatment of technical fabrics, closing the full technological cycle of their production, after which the production capacity of the site will increase to 900 thousand square meters. m of technical fabrics per month. The company intends to spend about 500 million rubles for these purposes.

The new high-tech production will allow our company to further strengthen its market position. In addition, modern machine tools and technologies will allow Rabex Textile LLC to manufacture products that are in no way inferior to imported counterparts.
