The unique conveyor belt by RubEx Group

The production of conveyor belts by OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika, one of RubEx Group assets, reached the new level of products manufacturing.

A new round of development of our company was the implementation of the import substitution program developed by the Rubex Group. For this, our company has obvious competitive advantages, such as available raw materials, a large domestic market, long-term traditions and experience.

Being the only Russian manufacturer in the segment of rubber cord belts and possessing colossal experience and technologies, we have produced a unique product – a rubber cord conveyor belt with a strength of 5000 N/mm and a width of 2000 mm.

The conveyor belt will operate on the main conveyor of ArcelorMittal, the world leader in steel production.

The operating conditions of the belt are extremely difficult – crushed iron ore, class +300, round-the-clock work schedule. At the same time, the productivity will be 5,000 tons / hour (15 million tons / year).
