Crimped hydraulic hoses RubEx Group
The assets of the Rubex Group produce high-pressure hoses with end fittings using hoses with metal braids and metal spirals of their own production, made on modern high-tech equipment from Germany, England, Italy, Finland.
During the production of cripmed high pressure hoses, we carry out the attachment of end fittings on hoses that meet the standards EN 853, EN 856, GOST 6286-73, GOST 25452-90. You can see the types of fittings used in the chart below.
Crimping of high pressure hoses is carried out both with straight spherical nipples and union nuts, and with angle nipples. The quality of crimping is checked on a special test bench, in accordance with European standards.
