Hydraulic hoses for brand new fire-fighting machines

The company «Aqua-Pyro-Alliance» together with the scientists of Academy of the State Fire Service EMERCOM of Russia have developed a principally new direction of development of fire-fighting – production and utilization of fire vehicles with the capability of steam extinguishing. The production of genaral assemblies, aggregates and accesories for these vehicles is set up at the leading enterprises of Russia, having up-to-date technologies of manufacturing and quality control of the parts. Among such enterprises was the asset of the Rubex Group holding – Kurskrezinotekhnika.
By order of «Aqua-Pyro-Alliance», our specialists have developed special high-pressure steam hoses with metal braids for multipurpose firefighting vehicles (APM). The hoses are available in two diameters – 16 and 25 mm and provide operating pressures from 88 to 250 bar. An exclusive feature of these products is the preservation of the high-pressure hose during transportation of steam with temperatures up to + 175C.
