For the enterprises of our holding, the main task is to ensure the release of products that meet market requirements and are acceptable in terms of price and quality. There are many approved standards that govern the production of industrial hoses with strictly defined characteristics. But, due to the variety of product applicability, the consumer sometimes needs to use sleeves with technical parameters lower than those of mass production, without losing the life of the product.
The specialists of the RubEx Group, in close cooperation with key consumers of our products, have carried out a large-scale study of the required performance characteristics for all types of industrial hoses.
As a result, we have developed a wide range of industrial hoses as per Russian TS standards with optimal technical parameters in order to provide the performance of machines and equipment, for which standard hoses have overperformance and, as a result, higher cost.
Rubex Group manufactures industrial hoses of lightweight design according to TU of various diameters (from 16 to 200 mm) and pressures (from 2.5 to 20 bar) for supplying gasoline, kerosene, petroleum-based mineral oils, hot and industrial water, food substances under pressure. The cost of such hoses is lower, manufactured according to GOST standards, without loss of quality characteristics for specific operating conditions.
