Production of impregnated fabrics

In October 2019 on the basis of OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika – one of RubEx Group assets – the production of impregnated technical fabrics for conveyor belts and other rubber products was launched.

The equipment by the leading European company Benninger, which has been suppling high-tech production lines for more than 75 years with the application of state of art technologies, know-how and high grade of automatization. The production capacity – more than 5 million of fabric linear meters a year.

Fabrics are impregnated with special compounds based on synthetic latexes, which ensure high quality products and excellent adhesion to rubber.

The presence in the impregnation line of a highly efficient BRÜCKNER (Germany) drying-stenter machine for thermal stabilization of fabrics allows minimizing residual shrinkage, therefore, the fabric acquires very good dimensional stability in length and width.

The new equipment allows for the impregnation of polyether-polyamide fabrics – EP-200, EP-250, EP-250 enhanced, EP-315, EP-400, polyamide breaker fabrics, polyether fabrics – EE-160.

The range of impregnated fabrics includes fabrics in widths from 760 to 2,000 mm.

The capacities of our production allow not only to ensure our own production of rubber products, but also to sell products to other companies.
