OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika is expanding its assortment portfolio of conveyor belts for light operating conditions.

Specialists of OJSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika” have expanded the range of light conveyor belts. The main areas of application are agriculture, the extraction of nonmetallic building materials (sand, crushed stone, cement). These products are intended for transportation of low-abrasive and non-abrasive small, loose and packaged materials at ambient temperatures from minus 25 to plus 60C.

Before the implementation of this project to expand the assortment portfolio in the segment of lightweight belts, we produced belts with a strength of 400 N / mm. Now our company can produce belts with a strength of 200 N / mm. This will make it possible to offer our customers a high-quality product at an optimal price, which is able to replace similar products of domestic and foreign production.

Light Duty Conveyor Belts are manufactured using state-of-the-art liners and rubber compounds to ensure high quality performance.

The belts are made on the basis of synthetic polyamide and polyester-polyamide fabrics with a nominal strength on the basis of 100, 125, 150 and 200 N / mm with working surface covers with a thickness of 1 to 4 mm, non-working – from 1 to 2 mm. The number of spacers varies from 2 to 4, with belt widths from 200 to 1400 mm.

Service specialists are ready to provide consulting services on the selection of conveyor belts at the customer’s enterprise and give qualified recommendations on the design of belts that will have optimal characteristics for specific operating conditions.
