Coupled pipeline
Coupled pipelines are applied for pumping of abrasive slurry in mining, coal, steel and cement industry.
The construction of pipeline provides reliable jointing of hard-to-get-at places, and thanks to aluminum couplings and rubber lined steel rings, excellent hermetization of all joints along the pipeline is achieved.
Characteristics
Inner tube of flexible flanged hose is made of wear-resistant
rubber compound and has low flow resistance, preventing
turbulence of the flow.
Produced on the basis of cord fabric with reinforcing spiral
of steel wire to ensure triple safety margin of working
pressure.
Designed for hydraulic and pneumatic pumping of abrasive
materials and fluids, lean non-organic acid and alkali in
vacuum, pressure and discharge lines (at grinding, flotation,
separation, tailing facilities and other units of mining and
processing plants).
Pipeline working temperature from -50 to +80 ℃.
