New vulcanizing press start-up

November 22, 2018 on the basis of the production site OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika на базе производственной площадки ОАО «Курскрезинотехника» a grandiose event took place – the grand opening of the largest press in Russia for the vulcanization of rubber-fabric and rubber-steel cord conveyor belts.

Acting Governor of the Kursk Region R.V. Starovoit, President of the RubEx Group R.Kh. Mingazov, Chairman of the Board of Rubex Group V.N. Gordeev and other guests of honor participated in the event.

The completion of such a large-scale project made it possible to become KRT not only the only manufacturer of high-strength conveyor belts in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries with a width of up to 2,400 mm and a thickness of up to 50 mm , but also to increase the volume of products by more than 25%.

The project, worth more than 270 million rubles (including 167 million rubles – borrowed funds from the Industrial Development Fund), was implemented as part of the implementation of investment programs to improve the quality of products and expand the range.

The equipment is manufactured by the Italian company Saspol Technology, the leader in the press industry sector, and today it is the most high-tech in this segment.
