Production of new types of hydraulic hoses
Start of serial production of new high-pressure hoses at Kurskrezinotekhnika OJSC.
In accordance with the long-term development strategy developed by the management company Rubex Group, OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika continues to master and introduce new types of hoses into production.
In the 3rd quarter of 2014. industrial production of 4 new high pressure hoses began: SPC16 P410, 2SNK-12 P345, 2SNK-10 P385, 2SNK16 P290.
A distinctive feature of these products is the increased performance in comparison with the European EN standards. Tests of new types of high pressure hoses were carried out at the test center of JSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika” and confirmed the high performance of the hoses:
- increase in working pressure from 17 to 40% (depending on the type of hose)
- provide tightness and safety margin at higher pressure by 40%
- Possibility of delivery in bays up to 300 rm.
- sleeves have a flawless appearance
