Production of new type lining

We are happy to inform you that starting from 2020 Rubex Group’s asset OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika began the production of grinding mills lining of “wave” construction.

In 2018-2019 the global modernization of lining production was carried out and now we can offer to our customers “wave” rubber lining: smooth with self-lining effect, as well as “prolonged wave”, allowing our customers to increase intermaintenance period, improve technological parameters of a mill and reduce operational expences. This construction proved itself efficient with balls up to 80 mm.

Our product portfolio covers all ball mills with diameter from 2.7 to 5.5 m on the cylinder part of drum at standard drilling. For the mills with central discharge from 2.7 to 4.0 m we supply full set of lining with fastening system. For raw materials mills from 3.2 to 4.0 m we also propose a full set (1 chamber, separating grid, 2 chamber, discharge grid).

For more than 50 years, OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika has been supplying non-reinforced rubber linings for ore grinding ball mills with diameters from 2.1 to 3.6 m. According to customer requirements, today we offer our lining as a complete set for these mills with fasteners. It should be taken into account that the design of this lining is efficient with grinding media up to 40 mm.
