Rubber branch pipe

Rubber branch pipes are used for the transportation of slurry at the facilities of extremely wear of pipeline systems, where normal flexible pipelines cannot be bended for the necessary angle.

Characteristics

Rubber branch pipes have low flow resistance and provide long service life

Produced on the basis of cord fabric with reinforcing spiral of steel wire to ensure triple safety margin of working pressure.

Designed for hydraulic and pneumatic pumping of abrasive materials and fluids, lean non-organic acid and alkali in vacuum, pressure and discharge lines (at grinding, flotation, separation, tailing facilities and other units of mining and processing plants).

Flange type: with embedded flange and with swivel flange.

Branch pipe angle: 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°.
