As part of the implementation of the Strategy for the modernization of the equipment of the assets of the Rubex Group holding, Kurskrezinotekhnika OJSC will continue to re-equip its production facilities. In the 1st quarter of 2014. a new production line of the Italian company Erhard + Leimer S.R.L. will be installed and launched, combining advanced developments in the field of equipment for conveyor belts and the specifics of the existing technological process at the enterprise.

The synergistic effect of renewal of fixed assets participating in key stages of production of conveyor belts (calender line of the German company Uth GmbH, launched in January 2013, and LPSK-1600) will allow producing high-quality products at the level of the best world standards and compete with leading European importers conveyor belts to Russia and the CIS countries.

The capabilities of the new line will ensure a stable tension of the gaskets to achieve accurate parameters of the aggregate strength – one of the fundamental characteristics of the reliable operation of the conveyor belt.

The LPSK-1600 production line will make it possible to produce conveyor belts with a width of 800 to 1400 mm, a maximum thickness of the final web up to 20 mm and the number of pads from 2 to 8.

In the 1st quarter of 2014, the new equipment will begin serial production of high-quality belts for medium and heavy operating conditions.
