We are happy to inform you that our company on the basis of OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika has developed a new high-tech product – conveyor belt RUBEX STOP FIRE for underground mining.

By studying the strategic requirements of consumers, we are constantly striving to improve the production technology and technical characteristics of our products.

The modernization of existing and the opening of new industries equipped with more modern equipment leads to the need to use higher fire safety technologies when operating in mines.

Taking these factors into account, we have developed and released a new unique product – the RUBEX STOP FIRE mine conveyor belt with improved technical characteristics in terms of strength and fire resistance.

The new conveyor belt in terms of strength exceeds the serially produced ones by 10%, in terms of fire resistance – by 17%. These results have been achieved thanks to the use of unique rubber compounds developed in the laboratory of OJSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika”.

The area of ​​application of the new conveyor belt is quite wide – these are enterprises of the coal, chemical, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy industries.

The RUBEX STOP FIRE conveyor belt is already in operation at one of the most modern coal mines in the Kemerovo Region.

Currently, RUBEX STOP FIRE conveyor belts are available in warp strengths from 800 to 2400 N / mm and widths from 800 to 2000 mm.
