The new facility is equipped with modern highly efficient Canadian and German equipment (Weishaupt Corporation, Viessmann). Power capacity of a steam boiler with a capacity of 22.2 t / h. will allow to completely avoid the supply of thermal energy in steam from OOO CHPP-2 and will ensure the uninterrupted operation of all equipment available at the enterprise. In addition, the boiler house will ensure the production of heating water for the winter period for all production and utility rooms of JSC Saransk Plant Rezinotekhnika.

As part of the opening of the boiler house, a presentation of a new line for the production of strained rubber by UT GmbH (Germany) took place. The new line will meet the needs of the tubular production in refined mixtures up to 12,600 tons per year.

For the enterprise, strainers are an ideal investment in the future – they reliably remove contaminants from rubber mixtures and allow the production of high-quality rubber goods for all industries.
