Conveyor belts by RubEx Group have been in operation at OJSC VorkutaUgol for more than 10 years.

As part of the service program, our specialists monitored the operation of conveyor belts in the conditions of OJSC Vorkutaugol (it is a strategic enterprise of the Russian Federation, whose share is 6% in coal production, including 22% in coking coal mining).
The results of this work once again confirmed the highest quality of rubber-fabric and rubber-cord conveyor belts of OJSC Kurskrezinotekhnika:

At the main conveyor crosscut of the Komsomolskaya mine, the rubber-fabric conveyor belt 2ШТС (ТГ) -1200-5-EP-500-4-4-ТСО-РБ has been in operation since 2005, the volume of transported cargo amounted to more than 13 million tons – the condition of the belt is satisfactory;

On the conveyor No. 1 and No. 3 of the Vorgashorskaya mine with a length of 1300 m and 1500 m, rubber-fabric belts 2ШТС (ТГ) -1200-5-EP-500-4-4-ТСО-РБ have been in operation since 2005, the volume of transported cargo is more than 50 million tons – the condition of the belts is satisfactory;

On the conveyor 1B-1600 of the Vorgashorskaya mine, 40 m long, rubber-fabric tape 2ШТС (ТГ) -1600-5-TK-200-2-5-4-TCO-РБ has been in operation since 2009, the volume of transported cargo is 5 million tons – the condition of the belt satisfactory;
On conveyor No. 1 of the Vorgashorskaya mine, 1000 m long, the rubber cord belt 1РТЛШТС (ТГ) -2500-1200 has been in operation since 2002, the volume of transported cargo is 9 million tons – the condition of the belt is satisfactory;
The РТЛТВ-3150-1600 rubber cord belt has been in operation on the conveyor crosscut since 1994, the volume of transported cargo is 25 million tons – the condition of the belt is satisfactory.

Thus, the lifespan of belts produced by the Rubex Group is more than 8 years, and the volume of transported cargo of one conveyor chain is up to 30 million tons!
