Economy-class conveyor belts
Specialists of OJSC “Kurskrezinotekhnika” have developed new conveyor belts for light operating conditions.
Over the past 2 years, the specialists of JSC Kurskrezinotekhnika have carried out a complex of research and development work on the possibility of producing economy class rubber goods due to modernized structures and the use of new materials.
As a result, JSC Kurskrezinotekhnika has developed an alternative to general-purpose belts using special rubber compounds. These belts have modified technical characteristics and are intended for use on “light” sections of conveyor systems. This product can be used in agriculture, construction, mining of nonmetallic building materials, etc.
The use of light economy class conveyor belts will allow the consumer to obtain a lightweight version of serial belts simultaneously with a low cost of the product. This is especially true in connection with different consumer behavior when using tapes of class A, B, L.
The introduction of new belts to the market allowed us to expand our product portfolio and offer the client a variety of solutions depending on the operating conditions. We are ready to offer the consumer both high-quality tapes of general purpose class for “heavy” sections, and tapes of economy class and low cost for “light” sections.
The description of the technical characteristics of the new tapes is as follows:
The belts are made on the basis of synthetic polyamide and polyester-polyamide fabrics with a nominal strength on the basis of 320, 480 and 640 N / mm with working surface covers with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm, non-working – from 0 to 1 mm. The number of spacers varies from 2 to 4, with belt widths from 200 to 1400 mm.
