Designed for transportation of highly abrasive sharp-edged materials, with high resistance to rips, wear and cleaning procedures. Abrasion-resistance 100 mm3.
For heavy duty operating conditions the conveyor belts are manufactured with protective breaker layer, providing the protection of belt surface from impact loads and longitudinal cuts. Conveyor belts are charachterized by the increased fire-safety properties and recommended for operating at main and local mine workings hazardous for dust and gas.
Designed for transportation of ores, rocks in pieces up to 500 mm, logs up to 900 mm in diameter, raw coal, clay, low-grade materials, containing oil, grease and pitch with temperature up to 200°C.
