The plates consist of a main and a contact layers designed for fastening the plate to the metal surfaces of the drums. Used for lining the end drive and the deflecting drums of belt conveyors in order to increase the frictional connection of drums with rubber-textile or steel-cord rubber belt and protect drums from pollution, wear-out and corrosion.

Designed for lining by cold vulcanization of the metal surfaces of tanks, floatation chambers, scrubbers, hydrocyclones, slurry gutters, loader buckets of clay adhering rocks, transport and other equipment in order to protect it from hydroabrasive wear, adhesion of processed or transported materials and corrosion.

In the world, rubber linings are widely used in mills of the second and third stages of grinding, as well as in regrind mills.
