Lagging plate for protection of drive pulleys and deflecting drums of belt conveyors

Until 2000, the enterprises of the mining industry in Russia and the CIS countries used expensive imported lining of the drive and deflecting drums of Tip Top and Contitech belt conveyors. In cooperation with OJSC «NPO Transtechmash» and Mining Institute named after Scochinsky the specialists of RubEx Group first in Russia developed lagging for belt conveyors drums:

• provided the adhesion with metal higher than 10 N/mm (at minimal norm 6 N/mm),
• added fire-resistand properties (received permission from the State Technical Supervision Authority for use in mines) and high abrasion-resistance indicators.

This product has been successfully tested at Lebedinsky, Mikhailovsky, Stoilensky GOKs, ChMK and a number of mines in the Kuzbass basin.
To date, the lining plate for lining the drive and deflecting drums of belt conveyors is successfully operating at many mining enterprises in Russia and the CIS, providing reliable operation of conveyor transport – Eurocement, Lipetskcement, Mikhailovsky GOK, Silvinit, etc.
